We provide website design and related digital services as outlined in individual project agreements or invoices.

Specific project details, timelines, and inclusions will be confirmed separately in a written agreement or invoice.

4. Payments & Deposits

  • A deposit is required before any work begins.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before the website is published or transferred.

  • Payments must be made via the agreed payment method.

Failure to make payment may result in work being paused or cancelled.

5. Cancellations

  • Either party may cancel the project in writing.

  • If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If the client delays the project by failing to provide content or feedback, the project timeline may be extended.

6. Revisions

  • Revisions are limited to those stated in the individual project agreement.

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete content

  • Supply images, text, and branding where required

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Ensure all supplied content is legally owned or licensed

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery times.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of the website and design transfers to the client only once full payment has been received.

  • Until payment is complete, all work remains the property of Walker Website Design.

  • Walker Website Design reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

9. Hosting & Third-Party Services

  • Walker Website Design is not responsible for hosting, domain providers, or third-party services.

  • Any issues arising from hosting platforms, plugins, or third-party software are outside our control.

10. Liability

Walker Website Design shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control

  • Changes made by the client or third parties after handover

All services are provided in good faith without guarantees of specific business results.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received

  • Abusive or unreasonable behaviour occurs

  • The client breaches these Terms & Conditions

12. Privacy

Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
